I am a professional Nutrition, Yoga and Fitness Coach who is passionate about wellness. Throughout the years, my business has grown but the focus has always remained consistent. I'm here to help people achieve their specific wellness goals. In Sanskrit, Swastha means “to be firmly rooted and established in oneself while in a state of optimal health on all levels.” For many people, yoga provides a retreat from their chaotic and busy lives including mental and physical benefits. With my experience in yoga therapy, rather than focusing on yoga methods and practices, I will focus on your needs. My job is to understand why you have come to see me and determine what I can do to support you. I will look for ways to help you reduce or manage your symptoms, improve function, and help with creating a positive attitude in relation to your health conditions. With every choice we make is an opportunity to either deplete, or contribute, to the fabric of our well-being.
I am thrilled and committed to share this practice of yoga so that you may experience the innate ability to live well which spreads far off the yoga mat.

Whether you are a beginner, or an advanced student, a 1-on-1 private session is right for you. Together, we can work toward overcoming any fears or blockages that may be holding you back. The 1-on-1 session is tailored to fit the needs of each student, so beginners can work on the fundamentals and more experienced students can work on specific needs.
