In Sanskrit, Swastha means “to be firmly rooted and established in oneself while in a state of optimal health on all levels.” For many, yoga offers a retreat from the chaos of daily life—bringing both mental and physical benefits. But in yoga therapy, the focus shifts from methods and postures to you—your unique needs, your story, and your healing path.
With my background in yoga, I approach each individual with curiosity, compassion, and a commitment to understanding why you’ve come to see me. My role is not to fit you into a system but to adapt the tools of yoga to support your goals—whether it's managing symptoms, improving daily function, or fostering a more positive relationship with your health.
Every choice we make—on and off the mat—is an opportunity to either deplete or contribute to our well-being.
